Step 1 Open up a new document and use the Elliptical Marquee-Tool to create an orb;
Note:IF YOU HOLD DOWN SHIFT WHILE MAKING THE SELECTION, YOU'LL GET THE CHANCE TO GET A PERFECTLY ROUND ORB.

Step 2 Fill the ball with a random color ON A NEW LAYER, and add these layer-styles to it!

Step 3 If you did it good, you'll end up with something like me...
You can also choose to add different colors and play with the settings a little bit!
